Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time for orders is 5 to 7 business days within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and 5 to 10 business days for shipments to European Union countries, starting from the moment payment is processed and the order is confirmed.

Orders require a processing time of 2 business days before being shipped.

Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed within the following 2 business days.

The indicated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of the business, such as logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, or other similar situations.

Exceptions:

  • We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands.
  • We do not ship outside the EU.

2. Delivery Location

We are committed to delivering orders in perfect condition to the address provided during the purchase process. The delivery address must be accurate, complete, and accessible during standard business hours to ensure receipt of the order.

Important Considerations:

  • We do not assume responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information, or the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.

If an order cannot be delivered after several attempts, the package may be returned to the sender.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer standard shipping for all orders.

Shipping to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal is FREE, regardless of the order amount.

For shipments to European Union countries outside Spain and Portugal, an additional shipping cost will apply, which will vary depending on the destination country. This cost will be calculated automatically during the purchase process once the customer enters the shipping address, and will be displayed before completing the order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking code to monitor the status of your shipment in real time. This code will be provided via email along with instructions for accessing the tracking platform.

5. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

Delivery is considered complete when the order is made available to the recipient or an authorized third party at the indicated address. From that moment, the risk related to the products (loss, damage, theft) is transferred to the customer.

6. Delivery Issues

If you detect any visible damage or discrepancy at the time of delivery:

  1. Do not accept the delivery and notify the carrier, requesting that it be noted on the delivery receipt.
  2. If you accept the package and subsequently detect damage to the packaging or product, you must take clear photographs of the condition of the package and product before handling or fully opening it, in order to properly document the issue.

    • Order number
    • Photographs of the visible damage
    • Photographs of the outer packaging and interior
    • Detailed description of the issue

You have 24 hours from receipt of the package to notify us at info@vankiria.com providing clear photographic evidence.

7. Returns Related to Shipments

  • Returns are managed by Vankiria SC, which covers the costs associated with shipping products to our facilities.
  • Prior contact with our team is required to receive specific instructions on the return process.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.

8. Sale and Shipping Through Intermediaries

The sale, resale, or distribution of Vankiria products through unauthorized intermediaries or resellers is strictly prohibited. Original accessories are only sold at www.vankiria.com.

If a product has been purchased outside www.vankiria.com, Vankiria may deny direct management of returns or exchanges in the absence of proof of purchase from our site; in such cases, the contractual relationship and claims will correspond to the seller who made the sale. However, nothing in the foregoing may limit the inalienable rights recognized by consumer protection regulations.
