Returns Policy

1. Exchange for Defective Product

If the product arrives defective, it will be replaced.

  • The period to exercise this right is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
  • Associated shipping costs will be covered by Vankiria.

Return Procedure:

  1. The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including all accessories and original packaging.
  2. We recommend attaching photographs of the product and its packaging as proof of condition at the time of return.
  3. Vankiria is responsible for return and replacement costs.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the customer will be notified by email regarding acceptance or rejection of the return.
  5. Once the return is accepted, a new product will be shipped.

2. Product Information

At Vankiria we strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, please note that:

  • Images shown are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Legal Warranty

All our products come with a 3-year legal warranty, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. During this period:

  • Shipping, repair, or replacement costs will be covered at no charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a price reduction or contract termination will be offered.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with current consumer protection regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), customers may request a return of their order within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the stated requirements are met and the product is not included in the established legal exceptions.

Requirements to Request a Return:

  • Product integrity: Only returns of items that maintain their original condition will be accepted, with no signs of handling, installation, use, or deterioration. Both the product and all its accessories, documentation, and original packaging must be complete and in perfect condition, without adhesive tape, labels, or other attached elements.

  • Proper packaging: To prevent damage during return shipping, the product must be protected with additional packaging, as originally received.

  • Prior verification: The customer may be asked to provide photographic documentation demonstrating the condition of the product and its packaging before authorizing the return.

  • Associated costs: Shipping costs related to the return process will be fully covered by the customer. Payment processing fees or other operational costs are non-refundable.

  • Technical review: Once the product is received, our team will conduct a compliance inspection. If signs of use, installation, or handling are detected, the customer will be notified and the item will remain available for collection for a maximum period of 30 days.

Deadlines and Procedure:

  • The customer must submit their return request through the designated channel within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

  • Once the return is confirmed and accepted, the product must be shipped within 5 business days.

  • The refund, if approved, will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from actual receipt of the item and validation by the technical team. Payment will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. In case of bank transfer, the corresponding account number must be provided.

5. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

The relationship between Vankiria and its customers is governed by current Spanish legislation. In accordance with Article 90.2 of the TRLGDCU:

  • All disputes will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Llíria.

6. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of conflict, users may opt for mechanisms such as the Consumer Arbitration System (official body in Spain) or contact regional alternative dispute resolution entities.

7. Use by Minors

Our services are intended exclusively for users over 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors; if we receive such data, we will not be responsible for the consequences arising from its improper use.

8. Intellectual Property

Vankiria respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please contact us at: info@vankiria.com.

9. Purchases Made Through Third Parties

We do not directly process returns or exchanges for purchases made outside www.vankiria.com
through unauthorized intermediaries. In such cases, the consumer must contact the seller where the purchase was made. Vankiria will not assume costs or responsibilities for third-party actions. This provision applies without prejudice to the consumer’s legal rights under current regulations.
